My daughter enjoyed the complimentary muffin on check in. Had an issue with strong winds creating a lot of noise in the top floor corridor air vent outside our original room but were moved along the corridor to a quieter room with no issues. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again."

I was half an hour early for check in and only came in to ask about the car if I could leave it there to grab some lunch but they allowed me to check in early and sign the tablet for my car! I will definitely be coming again. Breakfast was lovely too. Taking the order whilst going in to grab some continental. Very quick service with hot food."

"Great little oasis by the airport. Chose this based on closeness to the airport for leaving the next day, only 5-10 min. Great location, quiet, and the grounds around were very nice. Easy parking on-site. Rooms were very nice and clean. Only issue is there is no lift and had to use stairs. Restaurant was very nice and breakfast was good. If you like wine, they have a great selection. Nice place, would highly recommend."

"Do not be fooled, this is, AT BEST, a lower tier hostel accommodation. It is extremely affordable, but you will end up paying for that in travel costs to and from the city, airport, port, etc. there is no tram service nearby. Additionally, the room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the bed was not large enough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. The staff was extremely kind and were the bright spot of experience. If you are looking for bare minimum and the cheapest possible...

"Wir hatten zwei Nächte im Revolver gebucht. Bei Anreise (immerhin nach 16 Uhr) war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten erstmal darauf hinweisen. Der Kollege an der Rezeption/ Bar hat sich gleich gekümmert (er kann sicher am wenigsten dafür) und auf Nachfrage haben wir zumindest mal ein Freigetränk für die Wartezeit bekommen. Das war aber auch das einzig Positive. Der Müll wurde geleert, die benutzen Handtücher kamen weg. Ob das Bett wirklich frisch bezogen wurde kann man nur mutmaßen, so...

"The room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bar was nice and busy. It was a gorgeous day so we sat outside with our cocktails. My only negative comment would be the need for a blackout blind. The room didn't get totally dark other than that, I would highly recommend."

"The owner likes cash payments for the rooms and sends a notice to people making reservations that the credit card machine isn't working right and you need to bring cash. The card machine works just fine. The person at check in was very helpful and took my card as payment. The hotel is a converted Victorian home, so the rooms are odd shaped and small.
