Great property and very friendly staff. My only comment is about the use of plastic. Like many other places in Brazil, unfortunately the use of plastic cups and plastic straws is still very common. I do hope the leadership of the hotel implements a plastic free policy soon. Obrigada.

We had great expectations, but was a little disappointed. There was a lot of families staying at this hotel. The room looked a little old. There was no complimentary water nor coffee in the room. The dinner and breakfast buffet was ok. But there are more romantic hotels in the area if you want to Bring your spouse for a treat.

Hotel is in good condition, clean and well staffed. Food was good and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. The beach is amazing and easily accessible, with permanent facilities like chairs, and straw beach huts, with the staff being very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious, with AC working well and a nice porch, although it had only two chairs, no table or chaise, and wasn’t really very comfortable to use. The only main problem during our stay was with the fitness center, most equipments were on maintenance, without a basic treadmill (absent, not broken), an issue for a runner like me when the weather is not ideal for outdoor training. If possible, choose a villa instead of the apartment, they are really nice and is the main attraction of the resort. We tried to upgrade our reservation but we were told the hotel was 100% booked, although villas seemed to still be available online for the period we were staying. Also, consider the hotel is about 1h away from the main city, Fortaleza, so it’s perfect for a stay-in-the-resort kind of vacation, but not very convenient if you also enjoy a good city dining or nightlife. Plan accordingly, traffic in Fortaleza is a bit unpredictable.

Tinhamos nos hospedado nesse hotel em 2012. Resolvemos voltar agora. Mas o hotel nao teve alteracoea / melhoriaa ate o momento. Quarto anrigo. Internet nao funciona. Tv nao funciona, pre isamos pedir para arrumar. Primeiro dia ficamos sem tv, no segundo arrumou , mas a anten era muito ruim , entao ficava travando , os demais canais nem dava pra assistir pq eram vinculaods a internet e como nao funcionava. Cortina do quarto quebrou, foi preciso chamar alguem pra arrumar. Piscina de 0,85 cm , é muito ruim. Acho ate que foi feita ape as pra criancas, pq entravamos e ficavamos de joelho. Falta uma piscina boa. Pelo preco que pagamos o hotel deiza a desejar nessea quesitos. Um ponto positivo: alimentacao de qualidade , negativo : tudo muito caro. Por 2 dias pagamos 900 reais para 2 jantares 1 almoco, para 3 pessoas. Achei bem salgado. Agua de coco 12 , agua normal 7. Enfim os precos sao salgados.

Limpeza impecável. O local é lindo! Comida boa e com certa gama de opções. Porém nós que ficamos 6 dias pegamos vários dias com o menu exatamente igual. Sem variedades de um dia pro outro. Passamos o Natal e a ceia foi ótima porém a organização bem ruim. Pediram para reservarmos na véspera a nossa mesa da ceia, das 14h-16h do dia anterior porém a primeira pessoa da fila, já não haviam mais mesas na área externa, todas já reservadas.
