Found a huge cockroach on my pillow 3am. Had to sleep in my car the rest of the night with small children. Management was not on sight and waited all day to speak with someone. Money was refunded. Sandman Signature Dallas Las Colinas Hotel & Suites
Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond every single chance they had! The location was great, the beds were comfortable the robes were luxurious. I can’t imagine I will stay anywhere else when I come to Dallas.

This is a great place to stay. We love to stay here after a Rangers game. Just walk across the street. No more fighting the traffic going home!
