The hot tub and pool were not in service. The TV in the room did not work properly and the fridge did not work. I asked for a one hour extended stay and was told no! The housekeeper and the lady who originally checked us in we're very polite and helpful though

The receptionist was wonderful. She is very nice and helpful. Walking to my room I was a little nervous because the hallways smell and everything was run down. But the actual room was very clean and modern. Walls are thin so you can hear a lot but it was not very loud. Breakfast was just ok. Good budget option if you are traveling on I-35.
