"Beautiful view from windows. Easy walk to stores, restaurants. Free parking, but might be tough if you had a big car. Our room required an electric plug in heater, which was fine once we knew. Staff was friendly. "

"Rooms were clean, staffwas courteous enough. The location of hotel is very convenient to reach places and also for food. The hotel is on high street and boat rides are just across the road. There is limited parking infront of hotel. Down sides are on-going construction which make sit a bit noisy during day and also dusty. The suites were behind the main bulding without any lifts, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs without any help from staff. The rooms deco was good. Two downsides were the power shower has very poor pressure and they should consider upgrading the electric shower to one with pumps. Other down side was that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable due to springs from mattress would abutt against the body. Property should consider upgrading that as well. The hot breakfast has only one option for vegetarians and should provide more options for £12 charged. All in all, it was a bittersweet experience. I hope in new ongoing construction work, property will consider some of the suggestions. When we go next time to Fort williams, i will shortlist this place as one of the options but would go for some other if available. "

"Our room was quite basic and a bit dated, but clean and tidy. There was a great selection of options for breakfast and it was delicious! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal the night before for my Dad's 80th and the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive. Thank you!"

"The hotel is okay but clearly too expensive for the standard offered. Sadly not even breakfast included in the high rate, although hotels in the area tend to be expensive."

It’s perfectly placed for visiting Ben Nevis and nearby attractions, while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and easygoing. One of the highlights was how convenient it was for starting our daily trips — whether heading to Glenfinnan, Skye, or just enjoying the local scenery. It made our travel plans very smooth. Overall, a great base for exploring the Highlands. Good value, great location, and a pleasant stay 👍"
