"We had a short stay in Fort William while returning from Isle of Skye. Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff. We had dinner (paid) and breakfast (included) and both were wonderful. Hotel is located right next to a lake, very scenic."

"It's outdated and the rooms are so far away from the lobby and the restaurant. Not suitable for elderly. "

"Spectacular stay. The castle is such a unique experience as a hotel and we loved every minute. The property is beautiful and the service was five star. The only negative was a giant beehive outside our room which prevented us from opening the window. A couple bees also made it inside our room but we were able to “guide” them back out with a small towel. Fortunately neither of us are allergic but my wife was not happy. However this didn’t ruin our stay and we would absolutely return and recommend...

"Wow! The glenlochy nevis bridge apartments were absolutely outstanding. We were a family of 6 2 adults 4 children staying in the Jacobite apartment. Which fitted us all comfortably. The apartment was sparkling clean, especially the bathroom and bedrooms. Extra care to detail was taken all throughout the apartment. Massive thanks to Neil and Tracey for the extra touches that made our stay extra special. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to frienda and family. "
