โรงแรมและที่พักใจกลางเมืองฟอร์ต วิลเลียม

"The property manager buzzes you in when you get there. Huge first floor room with a bath tube. Easy walk down to the main area. Good options are tough in town and breakfast is limited."

"I was actually shocked at the room. $200 US a night and no attached bath. Owner needs to make it clear that private bath is down the hall. Receptionist was gracious and worked out a refund for the second night but I would have never booked the room had I known my private bath was down the hall. Room was very sparse for the price. Walls were very thin. Listened to my neighbor clear his throat all night. Just not a comfortable room at all."

"Great location. Safe and easy walking around Fort Willams. Room was clean, but we asked for limited cleaning during the 3 days. First morning we requested just simple tidy up. Didn't happen, garbage and tea cups were not cleaned or replaced. 2nd morning went to frontdesk and requested towels and tidy up. They took the used towels, left no replacements. The garbage, which is now full, remained full for the balance of our stay. The frontdesk did bring clean towels. We washed our cups."

"The room was nice with a close location to the main town. Breakfast was just a cold buffet rather than a cooked meal"

"We booked this property in April 2026 thinking it was one house made up of one dwelling. We booked one night and after some deliberation we booked a second consecutive night separately believing it would be the same property. Upon arrival at the property we soon realized the house was divided into two separate residences, an east wing and a west wing. At no point did Black Sheep Hotels tell us that the property was made up of two residences and that we had in fact booked one night in each...

"Bonne localisation. Chambre démesurément petite (à peine de la place pour les bagages). Salle de bain minuscule et besoin de rénovation). On avait l'impression de déranger la personne en arrivant à l’hotel, croissant sec dans la boîte à lunch du petit déjeuner. Je ne recommande pas."

"The owners are friendly and welcoming."

"Nice staff. Nice hotel. Nice town. Very comfortable and walkable. Make sure you eat at The Geographer. It is the best food in Scotland."

"We were there during the weekend when the town held a special event about mountain bike. Luckily, the hotel was out of the city centre, so the night was peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious. Only one particularly dislike was that from the bathroom window, the afternoon sun was so strong that we could have got sunburn sitting on the toilet. And there was no curtain on bathroom window. Well, it was a very unusually sunny that day. "

"The heater in the room didn't work so instead of bleeding the radiator and fixing it properly, they set up a portable heater. This hotel needs a lot of renovation and it appears it had needed it for a while."

"Very quaint little bed and breakfast almost at the foot of Ben Nevis. Lovely owners and hosts who literally make you feel at home."

"Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen. Many unexpected things provided (razors, toothbrushes, shavers, cereal. Very clean. Close enough to walk to train station and bus station. Bright and cheery. Bathrooms are quite small, but there are two of them. All in all a good experience."

"Hands down our best room in Scotland! The room & bathroom were spacious, immaculate, and warmly decorated. Everything you might possibly need was provided - a plethora of complimentary snacks & beverages, wonderful local soaps & lotions, a hair dryer (lacking in 2 of our previous rooms). Small little kindnesses like a tiny flashlight attached to the room key & umbrellas provided in the room , lots of hanging & hook space. It was just a lovely lovely room with numerous extras that set it...

"I got the private room and it was just amazing"
