If you are interested in a little privacy, the balcony also features an external shutter. Built for protection, the shutters are an additional safety feature of unit 402 that not all condos afford. The location of this unit is PERFECT. Exit the elevator and go east down the hallway ALL THE WAY TO THE END, Unit 402 sits by the corner unit at the end of the building. Skip the elevator noises and activity from hallway traffic by being towards the end of the fourth floor. OR skip the elevator scene altogether by taking the stairwell at the end of the hallway literally next to the entry of unit 402. How convenient!! If you're looking for peacefulness -THIS IS IT!! The balcony is ideally located at the end of the property building, making relaxation time on the balcony a quiet experience.
