"Broken tiles in bathroom by tub, very dangerous. Eggs cold with limited breakfast items already. Rooms were clean but very noise hotel. On 2nd floor had a loose dog on the floor no owner and kids knocking on doors late at night. Great location for food and shopping but Wont go back even woth good price. "

"The hallways smelt like weed and was coming into our room and we had our 3 year old and 16 year old with us and i mean literally our whole stay smelt like weed and we tried to tell staff at check out and they seemed not to care about our concerns and the young girl there was very rude "

"Room was very dated but comfortable. Stayed one night. Nice pool area safe and gated for kids. Breakfast was mostly pre packaged donuts etc with some biscuits and gravy. Staff was very friendly. I will say they do have a few permanent customers with pets. So it is pet friendly, not to mention smoke friendly. You can smoke in the room if you want."

"We loved this hotel. The location was perfect - nestled right between the Grand Boulevard Shoppes and Baytown Wharf. The room was a nice size, very clean and inviting. We had a beautiful view looking to the hotel across the way. The mattress was so comfortable - I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud and my husband who has back and hip issues is challenged to find a comfortable bed when we're away, but he commented on how his back and hip didn't bother him at all.
