"My wife, daughter and I had two rooms for a total of 7 nights. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with New Casablanca. I had stayed in the same hotel a few years ago under different management. "Primeiro transtorno foi por parte do hotéis.com que não fez a comunicação da reserva para o Hotel. Ou seja, eles nem sabiam que íamos chegar. Tivemos muita dificuldade em relação ao canal de atendimento, ausência de resposta pelo whatsapp do hoteus.vom e tivemos que ligar por várias vezes para que alguém do Hotel nos atendesse.
O proprietário maravilhoso, atencioso, porém funcionários mau treinados e despreparados para governança. Horário de servir o café da manhã, após as 9h ocasionou atraso...
