Thank you for your comment We don't use a pine tree air freshener, two years ago we put pine tree on some of the wall as the renovation, the pine tree smells might be come from them, not a air freshener. In case pet friendly room, we eliminate pet smell soon after they check out, but not easy to eliminate every smell as it come into wall painting. We recommend non smoking and non pet friendly room for smell sensetive customer. Thanks again

We keep on update/upgrade continuously incl. hardware and software. We all the times try to make our customer feel confortable staying here.

Our heating system is working prorerly, secondly we all the times supply additional electric heaters whenever the customer feel cold. It is true our facilities are old, but we all the times try to keep the place very clean and well organized. Most of our customers are happy with this point of view.

We charge $20/day additional for a dog, and it is posted in the office and every room.However the additional fee will be negociable depending on how the dog is well trained and/or under the condition no dog shower in the bathroom.

Our buliding is quite old and has many of quite big windows in every room, consiquantly lots of heat loss through the windows even the heater working properly in very cold day(-20 to -30 celcios), and We used to supply additional electric heater to every room. This year 2015, we improve the heat loss by several kinds of insulation for every window and door, and expect warmer circumstance compared to 2014 winter.

I am Harry/new owner, our policy is to supply additional electric heater whenever customer feel cold, however my previous manager seems to be negligent on this point. We improve the heating system this year 2015 including proper insulation for every window and proper sealing for every door and cleaning up the furnace and replace the actuator for room heating valve. I expect no customer complain about the heating this coming winter.

I am Harry/new owner. I recently upgrade my internet to 100Mbps, it was 25Mbps previously which many of the business still use now, and set up 5 additional boosting routers and 3 additional antennas to maintain the same strenth all over the area as our motel comprise of 4 seperate building in a big land, expecting no more speed problem, however I still feel sorry about the limit of 500Mbite/day free to the customer because the internet supplier here give us very tight allowance even with higher price compared to the one in the big city.
