Nice place to get away.

It’s an older condominium, but the rooms were clean and it was spacious. You are walking distance from the beach and approximately 1.5 miles from the lighthouse.

The condo I rented was well kept & clean. Only complaint would be no ice maker, which was not the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again.

Kick back and relax haven

This was such a relaxing place to stay. We had a blast! The staff were so kind and helpful. We saw dolphins and collected a bag of beautiful shells. Our beds were so comfortable and there were so many delicious places to eat at. We definitely had the kick back and relax island feeling. The only small issue was the island sugar ants. They were great hunters and loved anything you laid on the table. We adapted pretty quickly but it’s just a Florida thing not the resort itself. We will definitely stay again.

Nice Stay

This complex is nicely laid out and very close to the beach. The unit was reasonably clean. The pillowcases were clean but could not hide the odor of used pillows. Pillows should be replaced each month and bed coverings washed more often. Furniture should be cleaned more often, too.

Another super stay

This was our 4th stay at Sanibel arms over the years a really family oriented and safe place very clean all around the beach Access is great and the beach pristine the room was super clean and the kitchen fully stocked restaurant shopping museum are all within 5 minutes but you need your car or ride a bike!

We loved our stay at Sanibel Arms West. I would like to see them to provide would be beach umbrellas and shelling tools. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this resort.

Great getaway!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanibel Arms West! We reserved a Garden View unit and were assigned a spacious second floor end unit with beach views. The unit was beautiful and incredibly comfortable for our family! Not sure if the owners were there right before us, but the condo was so neatly organized and equipped with everything we could ever need. Although we were in a building along the road, it was only a short 2 minute walk to the water. The property was also well maintained. It was hard to leave. Can’t wait to get back!!!

Visiting with Brother and Sister in Law

Our condo was great. Loved the fact that both couples had their own bathroom. Having a washer and dryer at the condo was an added bonus. We enjoyed our cooked meals on our screened porch. If I had to say anything negative is that most condo rentals usually have condiments for cooking. We had none not even salt and pepper but Covid could be a factor on this. We loved our stay and will definitely go back but hope to get an ocean view next time.

The landscaping and outside of the property was beautiful. The inside of the unit was a bit dated but was comfy and suited us fine. Did find a hair in each shower. Close to private beach access. I was supposed to receive an email about the check in procedure but I did not get it. I did call when I got there and found out how to get my key.

The value for the experience is great. Sure there are bugs outside after sunset but your on an island so put bug spray an move on. The unit was clean and perfect for my family of 3. Down side: I was on 2nd floor , and had to wrestle with suitcases up the steps. Besides that no issues. The units are privately owned so a little wear an tear is expected. My unit had a front door screen torn on an edge and a fan that didnt work. But i came for the beach not the fan. I would definitely come back an recommend the property. Lots of local places to buy gifts an eat. Seashell heaven in the beach which was great. I gathered to bags full of beautiful shells. My unit had cups, dinnerware, and some pots. No condiments, but with Covid, its ok. The sand an water are great. I spoke with staff 3 times an they were very helpful.

The location was right on the beach. Property was well kept up and maintained. Pool was nice and clean. The condo itself had all the comforts of home for a family of five. Not really anything to complain about.

The pool was extremely dirty. Air conditioning would not go under 75. There were no bicycle rentals on the property. Although it says the pool closes at dusk, there were loud people at the pool all night. The location was great, but the management is not doing a good job with this place.

We loved the proximity to the beach! We only wish we had a condo facing the beautiful beach. Our condo had everything we needed and was spacious. Our only complaint is that it could have used a few updates & needed some small repairs (bathroom sinks, loose laminate floorboards breaking apart).
