"I always love staying at this hotel. I have an annual meeting in Winter Haven, and each year I've chosen this place after my first stay there two years ago. I have always favored the lake view, but no matter what, it's a very good stay. Staff is top notch. And it's a short drive to some good chain restaurants. "The rooms are huge and very clean! Everything you need for a little vacation!"

"I would say this was a good first experience for me and my kids but I wouldn’t stay here again compared to just staying in a hotel room. Half the sockets in the room didn’t work, the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night so they brought box fans. You also had to pay for parking. The room was clean and the theme was cute. Staff was helpful. But other than that, I wouldn’t return."

"Breakfast options was great… room was very comfortable and clean!!"

"Property was super clean, staff was great,"

"Clean Room."
