"Check in was at 4pm, which was disappointing since I arrived around 2:30... However the room was the cleanest room I have ever rented, The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing."

"Asked to have my room clean and the person behind the desk said they would get it at it. Came back to the room that night. It was not clean and they put some towels and a plastic bag on my door handle. Talk to the nighttime desk person named Cheryl and she was a talk to the manager about it. I came back two hours later and she had not had a chance to do it. Overall poor service and follow up."
