My family and I spent 1 week at this resort during the Christmas holidays, overall we were satisfied with our experience; the unit was larger than expected, and the living area was updated and clean. The bathroom however could use a little work. The parking situation was more than ideal and was the easiest I’ve seen out of any hotel in the area, and the host is quick to respond. They allowed us entry to our room 3 hours early, which was a real bonus to us given that we landed at 10:30AM. We were also surprised that the property came with free laundry easily accessible at the back of the building. The pool was heated, another great feature. The downside was that the property itself does look like it could use a little work all around, but overall, great experience and would recommend. Also, it was our first time in Hollywood, and being in the Dania Beach area was great as the beach was much more less busy than the Broadwalk area and finding a spot was a breeze.
