"12th floor during stay never had the hallway vacumed - always dirty throughout the 5 day stay. Unit 1201A the bath tube has MOLD behind the bath facet and along the bath baseboard. Inside curtain on right side has MOLD or black dirt throughout the shear curtain.
Housekeeping is loud in the morning when cleaning the adjacent room ... no consideration of the DO NOT DISTURB sign on 1201A .. no regard based on the amount of talking and volume of conversation.
Elevators need updating ... and extremely slow.
The Spa (which I know is not owned by the hotel) has no hooks for robe or towels, no razors, and find it unacceptable to need to open a door to use the restroom that goes into a public restroom ... totally unacceptble and a deal killer for return.
Resturant next to the gym and pool has excellent service. There is a waitress that has been there 19 years (Blonde hair, older) excellent service and speaks highly of the hotel and its property ... you need more people like this lady working on site.
