First day of breakfast I was impressed with the variety and the area was kept very cleaned. Nevertheless, on the following days it was not the same and areas were not kept cleaned (floor was dirty and trash can was full).
The breakfast time period seems not to be clear to all employees, as food removal and juice machines were turned off previous to the end time (it was confusing). Overall was good.
The AC of the room was leaking and needed to be repaired as the carpet was completely wet. This was attended in a timely manner. In this same topic, we set up the AC unit to be on and it continuously turned off making the room to get hot, like AUTO setting.
People from the counter and room service were very polite, friendly and attentive.
Pillows need to be replaced or upgraded; those were really uncomfortable to sleep with.
Access to I95 was great and very well located near beach area.
