"The pool and hot tub where so relaxing. The only thing disappointing was the breakfast. The omelette was great, but everything else was just decent. But the staff was very nice. We were there for my friend's birthday and they treated her like quee. Even gave her a free dessert at the poolside. The only other thing I didn't like for was $36 a day self-parking fee, but it wasn't out of range for the area."

"Great beach view.... Butttt they do charge a resort fee for $50 dollars that is not included in fees when booking and then on top of that charge for umbrellas when you get to the beach.. seems pretty excessive to me."

"As locals, we loved being only 30 minutes from home for a long birthday weekend. The JW Marriott Turnberry property is pristine and absolutely gorgeous, and the food and drinks were delicious, although definitely priced on the higher end. We were surprised that a resort considered kid-friendly doesn’t offer a complimentary children’s pool outside of the water park, which requires an additional fee and becomes very busy in the mornings with limited seating unless you reserve a private cabana. The resort was extremely crowded during our stay, and some food orders took over an hour. Despite that, our family had a wonderful celebration. A special thank-you to Daniel at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help coordinate our rooms and keep our family together for the weekend!"
