Staff was great as always. Marc is always a pleasure to see, he is informative and remembers you if you have stayed multiple times.

Place seemed a little on the outdated side. Limited electric plugs, but also found mold in the shower. The toilet kept running. Reported it to the front desk who was very apologetic and took $20 off our bill ( which I wasn’t asking for).
foto of the place is misleading. it is am inn. very normal, 200$/night is too expensive for a very normal (and slightly big) room. place was clean but almost unkept.

What no one tells you is adjacent to the vacant property that separates you is Lounge 8IV. The BASS was bumping continuously from 7 PM until 3 AM on Good Friday. Otherwise the room was dated but comfortable. Bathroom could have used refinishing, rusty tub and standing water.

Very overpriced for a very average hotel. We usually enjoy 5 star hotels for the same price we paid here. But maybe that's Expedia prices?
Great staff, fast food/restaurant options across street, grab & go snack options onsite, older property but still in good shape, shuttle from airport was quick
Property seems clean enough although there was trash in the garbage still from a previous desk. I also asked for more towels and never got them.
The customer service person at front desk was less than friendly. Just very “matter of fact”, barely even looked up at me when speaking.
Place was fine for the cheap price for the night. No pool, no dining. Had to walk across the highway to get food. But the food was great.
My husband had an adult cockroach crawl across his face while sleeping. He took the cockroach in a napkin downstairs to the front desk and they said they would issue a $50 refund. At check out this morning, my husband followed up with the new rep at the front desk regarding the refund and she advised we had to go through Expedia since that how we booked.
Arrived at the hotel 5 hours early (not their fault) but I ask a month ago about the possibility of a early check in. I was told that my room would not be ready until 3pm even though I saw a minimum of 60 guests checking out to go to the cruise port (which I had coming back from). It was only maybe 3 groups total at the facility trying to get a early check in and I highly doubt in a 5 hour span that 3 rooms were not available. Finally get checked in and room is soggy smells mildew ish,damp claimy and stinky. We had to walk to the local store and purchase cleaning products to get through the half a day.
