Good air conditioning in the room. Very bad quality of the coffee served in the breakfast. Extremely light, no coffee taste, taste like hot water.

As always, great mattress and lots of hot water. Our room, 209, was next to the elevator. Sound proofing was lacking so starting in the early morning the sounds of the elevator travelling were noticeable. Will stay here again, but will specify a room not next to the elevator.

-The Rooms are always comfortable and modern. We enjoy the staff which is always helpful. -The staff looked and there were no luggage carts available for either check-in or check-out. Handicapped and staff helped with luggage to room. -The Lockout room next to us had numerous young children that were screaming like this was their playground. The Lockout door was opened and slammed shut numerous times by the kids - glad we had our side locked. - Booking through Expedia we did not get our IHG Points. The Staff made the correction - thank you. -We'll be back next month for another stay. -Our stay was great as always. Except for the things beyond their control.

One of the Cleanest and up to date hotels in Fl at the moment with very competitive rates. Will definitely be staying here on all my visits. Rooms are spacious, nice pod coffee machines, bathrooms are spotless.

We stayed here prior to our cruise departure. It's a great location to a lot of shops and restaurants. I liked the fact that you had to use your key card of your room to access the floors. There could be a little bit more variety for breakfast but it was fine. We'll definitely stay here again

The woman at the reception was a little stern. The view from the windows is not the best, but this is absolutely normal, because this is not a resort. In general, a good place, decent guests, quiet and peaceful, like any Holiday inn
