"When I arrived, even though I had a reservation confirmation on my phone, there was no room for me. The desk clerk said I did not have a reservation in their system. My email from Expedia told me that I did, and I showed it to the clerk, but it made no difference. I was out in the cold without a room. I had to make other arrangements after driving 11 hours to get there."

"The room was clean and somewhat updated, the bathroom definitely could use some updating. The pool was small, but warm. The breakfast was terrible. It was very small, only one waffle maker, so it took forever. The fruit was not fresh and there wasn't much to choose from. "The staff would t do anything about the barking dog in the room next to us. He barked for 3 hours straight. When I asked chuck the front desk attendant said there was nothing he could do even though the pet policy was displayed right behind him that stated otherwise. Super unhelpful and grumpy "

"The hotel is close to the I15. They allow dogs but the charge for a dog for a single night is atrocious at $100. We travel frequently with our dog and we often stay at Residence Inns. The usual fee is $25, up to $50, on the high end. I've never seen anything higher than $60, so $100, in our experience, is unheard of. We would have walked away but we'd already paid the non-refundable reservation as we were driving to Helena. We should have dug deeper to see the pet fee. Lesson learned! Our one...
