"Room was very clean, and Breakfast was hot and delicious. Ms. Jackie worked the breakfast area both mornings my family ate there, and she was very friendly. She greeted us each morning with a smile on her face and made sure we had everything we needed. Even offered to help my mom with her food since she was using a walker. Ms. Jackie was the definition of GREAT SERVICE!!!!"

"My husband called to let staff know about his handicapped needs but he didn’t feel he got a very friendly response. There’s only one hotel staff I encountered during the 3 days of our stay. He is ok, not very warm but he’s ok. The hotel is simple and located right next to the lake. I was able to walk the dog in the neighborhood in the back of hotel. Outside hotel was not well maintained. It could be a much attractive hotel if the outdoor was maintained well. Overall I think it’s a good hotel for the price I paid."
