"I recently stayed at the Bayhouse it was a nightmare my air conditioning wasn’t working three out of five days I was there. My air conditioning wasn’t working leaking water they said a technician fixed it the following day it still was broke. My water was cold and lukewarm, not really what you consider hot. "It was close to the beach and easily accessible by public transportation. The AC worked well. There was warm water for showering. Would have been nice to have a washing machine in the apartment. Overall the property was great."

"Room needs some work bed was shaking the closet and bathroom door couldn't close properly. There was no space for fiolded clothes just some hangers. And to note also if AC needs to be turned off when not in room it should be mention on the website. Bed also was poorley constructed.."

"We had a hilltop suite with a beautiful view. These are very basic rooms with very limited furniture and kitchen supplies even with the full kitchen suites. This resort is defiantly not worth the 9.0 rating on Expedia. My wife and I have traveled extensively all over the Caribbean over the last 12 years and this resort is a great value for the island since most places are so highly overpriced. But it is certainly not in the 9.0 rating category. The door lock on one of our patio doors was broken,...

"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"We loved our stay at Laluna. The only thing I would say is, we chose this particular resort in part because each room had a private plunge pool. We unfortunately only used ours once, and because we felt that we should. It's located in the front of your room, right along the walking path that others take. We wished it were more private and inviting. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good, and I can't recommend the spa again. We ended up going back a second time for another...
