"Checked in late but room was really good for the price. Really (exceptionally) friendly staff from start to finish. Great little breakfast and a good night's sleep (bed a little hard and small but only one night it was ok). Overall would recommend and stay again."

"We had a lovely stay at The Ship Inn. The room was really clean, bright and comfortable and plenty of space to relax in. Nice to have good quality coffee and tea facilities in the room and reasonably priced items on offer in room if you wanted it. Loved the roomy shower in the bathroom. Staff were really friendly and helpful (helped find a taxi). Food in the bar was excellent, and the main menu looked great (we will try next time). "Would highly recommend this property. We were made to feel welcome. The breakfast option is definitely worth it. Hot and cold drink was included. The staff were all lovely, made to feel like a local. The bedrooms are lovely and a bonus waking up to a. I’ve view. Highly recommend, will definitely be back to stay. "

"Nice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out. Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new. The hotel is on a quiet residential street but took me 5mins to walk into the town centre which has loads of bars, shops and restaurants. Worth calling ahead of arrival and they'll reserve you a parking spot (There aren't many spots) Nice bloke on reception showed us our rooms and kindly found me a fan. "

"We’ve just had a lovely one night stay at The White Hart in Coggeshall. The inn is cosy and the room was clean and spacious. We were able to find a parking space in the small car park at the rear of the inn. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal and breakfast both of which were plentiful and delicious. If in the area again we would definitely stay here again. "
