"Wow! I was not expecting such a great experience. We came with 2 very active boys (9 and 10). The rooms are completely sound proof. could not hear hallway doors clicking or people walking down the hall… had a great sleep. Sheets/blankets are great! Balcony is awesome. Rooms are big. The restaurant is great and the hotel staff was lovely. The only thing I wish they had was a hot tub with the pool but everything else was great."

"Beautiful boutique hotel. Loved the setup of the room with the elevated bed. Amazing view of the trees. The roof top was awesome with pool table, games, a bar. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because we selected the hotel for the hot tubs and they were not operating. Catbird should update their Expedia ad. Also, the staff could be friendlier."

"The restrooms needed to be mopped better. It was a little nasty to find halfway wiped down. The afternoon lady that checked us in Friday April 17th like around 3ishh .. she was so sweet. Loved her. But the night shift rude very unpleasant. Saturday morning we went down to the bar and the man working the bar that morning had no character. Very unpleasant. He didn’t acknowledge us till he was completely done counting the register. We had to wait and you can tell he was not happy to be there. We were trying not to let him get to us but not everyone that stays there is from Denver. I come from California and I’m a happy person but I will match your energy real quick. Something that needs to be addressed in your next meeting. #positivity# goodvibes#cleanrooms"

"Rooms are okay. Had a double queen and would have been nice if there was a small table and chairs and a fridge that we could put food in. Be prepared for strong marijauna odors in the hallway at night! "
