Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. "There isn't anything I liked . The hotel was awful, staff unhelpful even after we complained. The manger was useless and unhelpful. The shower was broken bed side cabinet was also broken . "Outside areas were beautiful, a lovely long sweeping drive up to an impressive building with plenty of parking. , The reception and bar areas were nicely decorated, tidy and modern and were inviting. The pool area was ok, some jets not working but nice and warm and fairly large. 1 Sadly, some of the restaurant area was run down , a bit perfunctory & bland along with the food. We had an overpriced tasteless dinner & breakfast was awful, with long queues for a cooked breakfast which was not...

"Staff were excellent and friendly. Pub was welcoming and inviting. Breakfast cooked to order and very nice. Now for the room. No5 a bit dated but spacious. Bed was very firm but could feel every spring in the mattress. Shower pressure abysmal and scalding to start. Had to use a lot of force just to get the dial round to get the cold water flowing and still low pressure. Some say adds character, I’d say it lacked comfort. "

"It felt like home. A short walk to the bus depot gave me access to all surrounding sites, or an easy 25 minute walk to city centre. Tea and coffee, juice and bread on hand. Two friendly dogs that were all talk at first became friends during the first encounter."

"Comfortable and clean studio set in pretty and quiet garden. Near to Bressingham steam museum and garden centre ..both worth a visit. Studio had everything needed for a quiet break away from it all. Owners Terry and Anne made us feel very welcome. Would recommend "
