"Had to get mad and demand a bottom floor room as they promised me. Lampshade was stained and broken as well as the light didn't work. The top sheet for our rollaway bed was stained. Asked for 2 extra pillows only got 1. Toilet plugged up at 5am and nobody in the lobby to help. Lobby was closed and the # you call for help didn't work and neither did ringing the bell. No lobby bathrooms and we saw nobody till 9am. We were lucky that other friends had a room there as well because we all had to use their bathroom. We have stayed there many times in the past and never had such a bad experience. We all agreed that the whole staff was high on drugs as well. This is no way to run a business!"

"The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. The fridge, microwave, coffee maker and the sink were very convenient to use especially if you have a family.
