"Very disappointing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. I paid $255 per night expecting a decent hotel experience, but this felt more like a cheap motel. The room was small and not properly cleaned, which is unacceptable at this price point. The biggest letdown was the view - as vou can see in the photos, it's basically a parking lot with a dumpster area. There's no atmosphere, no appeal, nothing you'd expect from a Marriott property. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and completely overpriced for what you get. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again. Much cheaper hampton inn across the street"

"Room wasn’t clean.. found a tooth pick in our bed a sweatshirt left on the chair of the desk so clearly room wasn’t cleaned and shower was horrid"

"Clean and cozy rooms, nice continental breakfast to satisfy your morning hunger. Close to near by attractions and shopping malls."

"Laundry room on 2nd floor Air was ok Not alot of breakfast options. Man at the desk said bananas and waffles and that was pretty much it."

"Run down and dirty on the outside. Not too much better inside. Rooms were dirty and had bugs. Looked like the recent renovation was just slap a coat of paint and maybe some new flooring. No attention to detail. Only good thing I’ll say is that breakfast was better than I expexted"

"This is a lovely property, funky and quaint decor, comfortable room and beds. We were there during the week so didn’t have breakfast but the kitchen area is super clean and well stocked with coffee and tea options. The owner was very communicative about arrangements and was flexible when I thought I needed an early check in The shared bathroom is cute and clean. If I’m in the Pittsburgh area again I would definitely go back"

"It seems like the front desk was penalizing me for booking through website and put me in the room next to the elevator when the place didn't look full at all. It was very noisy and the ice machine was broken and making big noise too."

"Where to start... lets start with the good first... was able to check in very early, staff was amazing, pool area was clean! Now the bad... Soon as you enter the room, you can smell chlorine, the room needs an update, old carpets, mirrors, small tv, dressers, etc. Beds were ok. Bathroom needs a complete overhaul! Dirt and grime on the tile and in the grout, needed to leave the water run to get any kind of hot water, by the time the hot water kicked in the tub would fill up. Mold on the bathroom ceiling that you can see they tried to paint over. shower head wasn't the greatest! Toilet was sized for a child not an adult! Felt like I was sitting on the floor! "
