"Location was great, staff lovely. Molly bistros was wonderful. But the bed was from 1985. I could feel every single spring and it was so hard I also just slept on the floor. We didn’t sleep much because of this and got sick because of not sleeping. Also the windows basically didn’t exist because a breeze still got through. The photos linked to this place are kind of a lie, they are just restaurants near by and I thought they were attached to the hotel. Would not return due to the bed atrocity."

"This is an excellent example of a Malmaison, it’s such a lovely hotel. The bar and restaurant are super. Food is always spot on and the cocktails are always wonderfully made.
We’ve stayed many times and always love the rooms, which are nicely appointed and a generous size. This time it was a little tired, sockets broken, curtains marked, windows broken, nothing major but just needs a bit more attention to detail.
Bathroom was clean enough, but there was makeup on the tiles above the sink and...

"Arriving on a busy Saturday evening (lively bar, good atmosphere), would like to have seen signage for where to check-in, but after locating the right member of staff, we received a friendly welcome.
2nd floor room was very clean with good facilities, but unfortunately the extent of the sloping walls have driven a layout and bathroom configuration that overall weren't suitable for my husband who is 6'3", but were also a challenge for me, who at a smallish 5'4" could not stand up straight beside...
