Very clean room, grounds were very well kept, easy access to walk the town. Parking spaces are a little tight with the larger vehicles, ie trucks and larger suvs. Staff were friendly and helpful. AC was fine.

Was travelling on Blue Ridge Parkway and spent the day hiking in the Rock Castle Gorge. Floyd is closest town to the Gorge. Hotel Floyd is amazingly modern and clean hotel in a very small and charming hamlet of VA.
