"The location was great so you could walk to all the attractions, restaurants and museums. We were happy parking was inexpensive and that you didn’t have to valet park so you could just pick up and go quickly. The trolley also picked up by the hotel. There is a brewery that you could tour free by the hotel as well as a few restaurants. The Chocolate Factory and factory is right by the hotel too."

"Great location for St Augustine! Walking distance to all the shops and along the waterfront. There is also a trolley stop right outside the hotel which is great for the hop on hop off tickets you can purchase around town! Room was clean, with a great modern bathroom with one of the best showers ever! Also, the beds were so comfortable!! Parking was $26 per night including taxes. No free breakfast at this hotel which isn’t a problem at all as there is a great breakfast restaurant next door called Harbor View Cafe! You get a discount in there if you mention to them you are staying at the Best Western. Overall, a great hotel in an excellent location. Stay here for your visit to St Augustine! "

"The room was clean, but not enough towels or toilet paper. The one time I depended on a hotel for their shampoo/conditioner/body wash that’s usually provided, there was no conditioner when I needed it. The kitchen had utensils, which was nice, for the ice cream treat we picked up, though. One major complaint, is that we had to park our lifted truck ourselves, but were still charged a valet fee, which is complete nonsense."

"This was the cutest inn! I had the junior room and it was just myself traveling and it was perfect! Staff was awesome and it’s in a most excellent location too! Some things to note…. If you book through third party, some of the perks (breakfast and free drink vouchers may not be valid). If there is an issue with the room (on my check out day there was an issue with hot water for the inn) they 1000% took care of the guests and went above and beyond. This was a fluke situation and not the norm. I had a very late check inn and they also went above and beyond to ensure this was a smooth process. Will definitely stay again and would recommend the inn to all!"

"Had to walk to my car. Car parking is off site several blocks. Good thing it was not raining. We stayed there 3 days. If you suffer from knee pain, to get to the room you must go up stairs. That was the worst. I did not read anything online indicating rooms were upstairs. The room had a funky smell when we arrived. When the window a/c was turned on, the smell was nasty. Eventually the smell subsided or we just got accustomed to it. Did see a small roach crawling on the inside of the door to the room. We will never stay there again. Not a good experience. Awful!"
