Everything is wonderful in key west. But to have staff as wonderful and friendly as the pier house has makes everything that much better.

The room was wonderful, especially the Lanai! It allowed us to to enjoy quiet coffee by ourselves every morning and a peaceful night cap before bed. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great location to stay. The close proximity of nightlife and easy access to high end dinning along the ocean.

Levi who was at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful with the whole process of checking in and answering all my questions professionally and friendly. Would definitely return and enjoyed our room and stay. The location is probably one of the best on the island.

First time staying at Pier House. We really liked it. We felt that it was more chill than some of the other resorts we’ve stayed at. We stayed in the spa building which was quiet. Nice big room and bathroom. Food was really good at the beach bar. Had a lot of fun hanging out in The Chart Room every night. Didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or beach due to the weather. Looking forward to coming back again. Thanks for the early check in and late check out!!
