Hotel bem localizado estando de carro, pois encontra-se praticamente no meio do caminho das atrações turísticas. Quarto confortável , porém pequeno, café da manhã bom e com bastante variedade. Estacionamento pago à parte. Piscina aquecida conveniente para um descanso. Tem uma cafeteria no térreo próximo à recepção para pequenos lanches.

Estávamos com temperatura de 11 graus à noite e o hotel não tinha ar quente para aquecer o quarto. Foi muito desconforto e sentimos muito frio.

Cheguei no hotel de 16:00 e não tinha o quarto reservado disponível. Disseram para eu ficar na recepção tomando um welcome drink que quando o quarto estivesse pronto me avisariam, mas sem dar nenhuma previsão. Foram arrumar o quarto e somente próximo das 17:00 o quarto foi liberado.

Hotel limpo, bem localizado, café da manhã de boa qualidade, mas não é barato. Já apresenta sinais de tempo que precisará de reformas logo nos quartos mas ainda estão confortáveis.

Achei que o hotel merece uma reforma, esta com marcas de desgastes dos anos e falta de manutenção. Exemplo: a torneira do chuveiro solta e saia na mão, portas estouradas pela umidade, o trinco da porta da minha suite super luxo nao funcionava, dentre outros.

Check in lento e ineficiente, uma pessoa atendendo e uma fila bem grande. Tive muita dificuldade para conseguir o early check in que foi solicitado via e-mail e e não foi sequer respondido pela equipe do hotel. Recepcionista completamente despreparada. Muito barulhento com barulho de furadeira de martelo na laje durante muito tempo não me permitindo descansar depois da minha viagem. Internet péssima com sinal fraquíssimo apesar de ter um repetidor no quarto que provavelmente não estava funcionando. Quarto caindo aos pedaços, banheiro mofado, blackout da cortina todo furado, lâmpada do teto não desliga e ficou acesa durante a noite inteira. Não recomento de maneira nenhuma. Caro e ruim. Teria vergonha de oferecer uma acomodação assim num hotel 4 estrelas; quero o meu dinheiro de volta.

Dificuldade de obter uma informação sobre hospedagem desde a reserva até no local. Reservei direto no hotel e depois outra reserva no hoteis.com. Apenas o rapaz que levava as malas era muito simpático e prestativo. Na limpeza entre os dias não limparam o banheiro. O choveiro estava com vazamento. A piscina estragou no dia que estavamos no hotel, isso acontece. Fomos em dias frios e o quarto além de ser muito frio não tem ar condicionado quente, reclamação geral apenas uma estufinha bem pequena. Não recomendo. Até voltaria ao hotel, pela questão dos valores, que se mostrou razoável e tem um restaurante maravilhoso, porém apenas em dias quentes.

Minha cama quebrou quando deitei para dormir. Troquei de quarto. A internet neste novo aposento era muito lenta. No anterior tinha um microondas. Neste alem de nao ter nao tinha tambem mesa de cabeceira. E a cama com rodas anda conforme vc se mexe. Ruim.

O Atendimento na recepção é bem grosseiro, chegando em alguns momentos a parecer falta de educação. foi feito check in online, mas chegando la, disseram que não estava feito, mas depois estava uma parte feita. Não entendi! O quarto estava com mofo no teto, mofo nos rejuntes do chão, e o colchão ja passou da hora de trocar. Não recomendo.

Melhorar no quesito aquecimento do quarto

O hotel é bonito, limpo, em uma localização boa e os funcionários são gentis e educados. O que diminuiu nossa avaliação é o fato de que o sistema de aquecimento do quarto não funcionava e nos deram como opção um aquecedor elétrico, que era pequeno e barulhento. Tal aquecedor não dava conta do ambiente inteiro na temperatura de inverno em que estávamos e tivemos que escolher entre o frio ou o barulho. Para um Mercure, que já conhecemos, esperávamos no mínimo um sistema de ajuste de temperatura funcional.
