Adorei! Loved it!

Really cute hostel! Mama Africa is going to welcome you that you will feel like home. She does everything herself and handmade! The breakfast is amazing and so well presented... ;-) Room and bathroom are very very clean. Thanks you so much!! PS: I asked at the last minute to extend my stay with no problem at all :-)

A localização é incrível, próximo a Lagoa e com muitas opções de restaurantes e comercio ao redor além de feirinha de artesanato durante o final de semana. É possível chegar a algumas praias de ônibus ou carro de forma rápida e barata. O hostel tem um clima ótimo, a Lilly faz com que a gente se sinta em casa, o café da manhã é realmente muito bom!! Certamente voltaremos no Mama Africa na nossa próxima visita a Florianópolis! Vale a pena!!

Little residential hostel with great breakfast

We were in Floripa on a long layover. We opted for the private room so it was more like a B&B than hostel (but they do have shared bunks). We aren't familiar with the area so walking down a residential street felt a little odd but we didn't come across anyone unfriendly. The owner is very nice and the breakfast she made was awesome!
