The hotel is lowkey a catfish. For example I was researching hotels and like some where too expensive some where to out of hand. This hotel was perfect. Perfect price, luxirous inages and everything just seemend perfect, but not for long… We came info the room, it had 1 tiny window(un like the big luxiry windows show) the floor had hair on it, and the show stopper, a clogged toilet with skid marks on it; yes you heard that right, poop from the past owner mixed with A BUNCH of toilet paper, the toilet was clogged and we couldjt use it. How great am i right? The front receiptionaist was so nice, some people we’re also nice. The beach was… cute, and they did have yummy breakfast, like the nutella cake was to DIE for. But dirty floor, some mean people, dirty and clogged toilet and the room it self being a total CATFISH, made this experience not the… best.

While the hotel benefits from a convenient location, my overall experience was disappointing. The staff could have been more attentive and welcoming, and the level of cleanliness left much to be desired. Gostaria de formalizar uma reclamação referente à minha estadia entre os dias 27/03 e 29/03. No meu primeiro dia, precisei trabalhar durante toda a tarde no quarto, mas o ar-condicionado não funcionava, tornando o ambiente extremamente quente. Apesar de termos solicitado uma solução na recepção ao final do expediente, nada foi feito, o que resultou em uma noite muito desconfortável. No segundo dia, ao retornar do café da manhã, fui surpreendida por um técnico realizando a manutenção no banheiro do meu quarto. Embora o profissional tenha sido gentil, não fui informada de que alguém entraria no quarto, deixando meus pertences expostos, o que causou grande constrangimento. Ao reportar o ocorrido na recepção, a funcionária informou que havia liberado a entrada por acreditar que eu já havia sido realocada para outro quarto — o que nunca aconteceu. Ao expressar minha insatisfação com o custo-benefício da hospedagem até aquele momento, recebi uma resposta ríspida: "esse problema já não é comigo, algo mais em que posso ajudar?". Escrevo para registrar minha profunda decepção com a falta de empatia, a falha de comunicação, baixo custo benefício dado o ocorrido e a ausência de cortesia no atendimento. Espero que as devidas providências sejam tomadas para que outros hóspedes não passem pela mesma experiência negativa.

Hotel de estrutura antiga, móveis do quarto muito velhos e com mau cheiro, travesseiros ruim. Frigobar não estava funcionando. Luminária do quarto estava quebrada (pendurada por um arame). Único ponto positivo da estadia foi bela vista, a localização do hotel é excelente vem no centro, mas deixa a desejar nas comodidades, prédio precisa de reformas principalmente a garagem coberta. Café da manhã me surpreendeu positivamente, entregou o básico muito bem feito.

A experiência neste hotel foi bastante negativa e deixou muito a desejar em diversos pontos importantes. Logo ao entrar no quarto, nos deparamos com um forte mau cheiro no ambiente, o que já causou uma impressão ruim inicial. A roupa de cama estava visivelmente suja e com odor desagradável, semelhante a suor, o que é totalmente inaceitável. Além disso, os travesseiros apresentavam sinais de mofo, reforçando ainda mais a sensação de falta de higiene. Outro ponto extremamente desconfortável foi o cheiro muito forte de cloro no quarto, provavelmente tentando mascarar outros odores, mas que acabou tornando o ambiente ainda mais desagradável. O frigobar não possuía sequer água disponível, algo básico esperado em qualquer hospedagem. Para completar, o local é muito barulhento, dificultando completamente o descanso. Como se não bastasse, foi disponibilizado apenas um sabonete em barra para duas pessoas no quarto, o que demonstra descuido com itens básicos de hospedagem. O atendimento também foi ruim. Os atendentes foram mal educados e pouco prestativos, demonstrando falta de preparo no trato com os hóspedes. Tentamos cancelar a estadia imediatamente após identificar esses problemas, porém não foi permitido. Fomos informados de que, por termos realizado a reserva pelo Hotels.com, eles não poderiam fazer nada para nos ajudar, o que aumentou ainda mais a frustração com a situação. De forma geral, a experiência foi muito negativa e não recomendamos este hotel.

O hotel é legal, pé na areia e próximo ao centrinho comercial. Café da manhã é bom, piscina bem tratada e no geral a experiência é boa. Acho que o hotel precisa se atentar aos detalhes de manutenção, pois fica meio perceptível ao reparar em algumas coisas, até simples, que poderiam estar bonitas e conservadas mas não estão. Mas no geral eu recomendo demais este hotel.

No geral gostei da acomodação, principalmente pela localização: o hotel é pé na areia, o que é um grande ponto positivo. Por outro lado, o espaço precisa de reformas e melhorias, já que em alguns pontos é visível o aspecto de abandono. Também senti falta de um bar ou de algo mais animado na área da piscina — uma piscina de frente para o mar com um clima muito parado acaba não aproveitando todo o potencial do local. A equipe não é das mais simpáticas, e o café da manhã é bom, mas nada excepcional. Pelo valor cobrado, a experiência fica abaixo da média, valendo a pena basicamente pela localização privilegiada e pelo fato de estar à beira-mar.

Pegamos o quarto sujo com cabelos espalhados pela cama e também nos azulejos do banheiro. O check-in foi péssimo.... A atendente parecia que estava fazendo um favor de má vontade. Da janela do quarto dava para ver uma cueca em cima do muro que deve estar ali por muitos anos. Café da manha é bom e estacionamento também.
Dá para imaginar a quanto tempo essa cueca está em cima desse muro.... Que desleixo.....
