Been staying at Andidos Florencia for the past 5 years and my experience with the staff and the food has been exceptional. You can see some things need upgrade already due to the past of time but they try to keep everything up to standards . The manager is always there and willing to help and accommodate the guest. Very good service wonā€™t change it for any other hotel in Florencia

The hotel staff are respectful and the service is great. I received a clean room, nice city view, free parking, and additional hotel amenities. The breakfast that is served is also good. The only problem I had was 5he hot water. My entire stay I did not have hot water to shower. I called the lobby over 6 times regarding the hot water issue and I was told the problem would be fixed. The problem never was fixed. I had to take a cold shower a few times during my stay. I did not enjoy that. If the hotel staff want their customers to be happy and continue staying at the hotel they need to make sure all hotel guest receive hot water for showers.
