"The facilities are very dated. The rooms have no AC and the heating system is a small electric heater which ran all night. This hotel charges a $25 fee to enter less than a hour early, even during a heavy rain storm"

"This was our first time to Yachats and we didn’t know where to stay. We saw Adobe and liked the reviews. It was simply terrific! At the counter I met Candy, Mary, and Cassie. Interestingly, Cassie told me her dad’s name is also Randy Harris! We had a room on the ocean side and the views are unprecedented. We walked on the paved path behind the hotel and wow! The ocean and rocks are majestic!! Simply incredible views and experience. We love Cape Perpetua and Yachats and will be back! Highest recommendation!"

"Great for a night or a week. Was a tiny apartment built for 2. Kind staff, parking is limited but you will have a spot. Slightly difficult to find off the street as it is straight up a hill but GPS will get you there. Perfect room. Soft bed, nice towels and clean sheets. Would stay here again in a heart beat."

"We rented a cabin with a kitchen and two bedrooms for six people It was not explained in the description that there would be no pots pans or kitchen utensils and we would have to pay $25 for the privilege to use some Not the kind of thing you expect when you rent a full kitchen cabin If I had known, I would have to bring everything except the kitchen sink I would’ve gone camping and save the $600 for two nights"

"The room was acceptable. The issue was the entire building had a complete power outage at 7am. But there was no staff explanation to the guest. It was still out at 8:30am , so I showered and prepped in a dark bathroom. Breakfast was also unavailable which made no sense because the power went off after it should have been prepared. Absolutely no concern was exhibited by the staff during the event. Employees lack of concern will be my reason for avoiding this place in the future."

"The pullout sofá was worn out, the kids were uncomfortable sleeping on it. I had to sleep w 1 shower because i let them use my sheeeys to layer it. The swimming pool had Lots of hair in the drains. Room was smelly, needs to be aired out or put new flooring and remove carpet. We had 1 bath towel. Food was ok, need new waffle maker. For the price I paid, I should of stayed by casino. Nothing to do around. Ocean garden was yummy!"
