The accomodations are rustic, but clean and spacious. The small kitchenette was an added bonus.
The setting is quiet and peaceful, while being just a couple minutes from upscale shopping, entertainment, and offices. The proprietor "Sonny" was friendly and accomodating....
"We enjoyed our weekend getaway. The bed was extremely comfortable. The convenience of the restaurant was great since there isn’t many dining places close. We enjoyed the adult only area of the pool and hot tub since we were on a weekend getaway. The resort is secluded and very quiet. Such a pretty view of the lake from our room! "
"Upon entry to the property I was surprised as it appeared quite quaint. The driveway leading up to it left much to be desired however as you need to backout of steep narrow entry onto the road. It is high up in the woods, so this may have been the problem that lead me to allergy and breathing issues. As I was unloading my car, my friend was trying to hook up the wifii, it never came up even after repeated communication and attempts. Breathing became difficult and the house was a bit musty so...
