"The worst cleanliness I have ever had to witness. A room that wasn’t ready and the housekeeper yelled “i just did this room” and then they even stuck up for her after I heard her over the radio yelling about she just cleaned it. Completely unhappy & a waste of money. Hot tub was also cold. A couple was eating snacks in the hot tub as well but I guess rules don’t apply to everyone. "

I had to get upset for them to give me a clean set of towels on the third night. absolutely horrible!!! I don't think I'll ever use Expedia again."
