There was minimal interaction with the staff (eg, no daily cleaning, which was not a problem for a short stay), but when we needed help, they were courteous and helpful. Dirty mugs. ordered room service with the QR code in the room, waited an hour then when I asked where it was I was told by staff that the QR code isn’t in use anymore, why have that in the room if it is not in use, I lost money over it."

"I loved this hotel which was set in a converted school, right next to a park. My room was on the top floor of the annexe. It was beautifully styled and spotlessly clean. Thw breakfast was delicious, although I wasn't too keen on the coffee. Bar service was superb, especially from the lovely Kavi. The only downside, for me, was the lack of USB sockets i. The room but this was easily sorted by borrowing an adaptor from reception. Great proximity to the Royal Albert Hall, just a no 9 bus ride away,...

"The other reviews aren’t exaggerating, the rooms are quite small but nice and clean. Visited during a heatwave and they do not have ac, but they do provide a fan for the room. Very nice to have the few kitchen appliances and amenities that they did."
