"I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years, and I’m pleased to say their high standards have been consistently maintained. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the ambiance is warm and inviting. My room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also appreciated and adds to the convenience of the stay.
One small improvement I would suggest is with parking: ideally, it should be included in the overall price or offered as a one-time fee rather than...

"We had an absolutely wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, Mr. Arshad was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home.
The amenities were good — the pool had a strong chlorine smell which made it a bit uncomfortable, but the gym was clean and decent, and we really appreciated the free laundry machine use. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do....
"Arrived to Best Western and was greeted by Front desk agent. She up graded our room to a conjoined Sheraton Hotel room. We travelled as a family of 6 and had both rooms upgraded! Highly recommended!

"The INFIVILLA suites are huge! There are two bedrooms plus a little den. My family really enjoyed our stay here.
Location is very convenient, we can park easily in the building. Very walkable many restaurants, groceries, there is a big LCBO just downstairs which is nice!

"This is our go-to hotel when staying in the area. The rooms are more like small apartments, complete with in-room kitchenette and laundry. The complimentary breakfast is an actual full meal with eggs, sausage, homefries, toast, pancakes and waffles - basically the works! The property is easy to navigate to from the highway, and parking is easy/secure. The rooms are quite clean and modern. Highly recommend!"
