"To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

"Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all...

"We only stayed here one night, but were extremely happy with the accommodations. The hotel and room were very clean, and we felt very comfortable staying there. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and all of them were highly professional and friendly. The location made it very walkable to the area attractions. They serve a wonderful breakfast, that they described as being continental, but it was a fully prepared/cooked meal. Much more than we had expected. Everything about the stay...
