"The hotel is on the Riverwalk which was nice for walking and lots of restaurants but outside music and train Tran was heard from inside suite. This went on past midnight so falling asleep was difficult. The hotel was awesome to hold our luggage for us until checkin and the lobby was pleasant to hang out in with washrooms nearby. Unfortunately, the floors in the suite looked clean but when you walked on them with socks or bare feet they turned them black so even though it was tidy and counters were clean it really wasn’t. "

"We did not have breakfast as flight early but check in was crazy! One person working the desk and a whole lobby of people. Yes we were all early. The shuttle from port to hotel didn't come but there is a $30 charge. "

"Total misrepresentation of the property. The picture in the listing is not of that property. False advertising at best. There's no second bed availability, because the sleeping sofa is not suitable for sleeping at all. Even if it was, there was no second set of bedding available. Floors were dirty, there was not even one hook or bar to hang a towel in the bathroom. Communication with the management is non-existant. Nobody answers nor returns calls. For any issuesor questions that could be settled in 5 min coversation, takes 3 days of useless messaging through virtal assistent. I will never ever use that company for any hotel's needs in the future."
