"É nossa quarta estadia desde 2023, estamos satisfeitas com toda a equipe desde a gerência, funcionários, fácil localização, piscina aquecida com led, café da manhã com bolinho de chuva aquele de mãe, um carinho a mais ofertado pela integrante da cozinha, tem refeições e lanches, porções, enfim tudo perfeitamente realizado para uma viagem inesquecível próxima a três praias maravilhosas em Ubatuba super recomendo,. Porém duas recepcionistas que me atendeu foram ríspidas e ainda bem que pra compensar o rapaz do bar e a moçaa do café da manhã eram super educados e atenciosos. O quarto também decepcionou pois era luxo com terraço, porém a cama adicional que foi colocada era péssima, bem baixa e estava com a estrutura cheia de pó. "
