We had a great stay.. was able to bring our fur baby who did terrific on his first adventure.. thank you for making that possible.. restaurant food was great!! Definitely be back here again..

Reception staff provided excellent service. However, Sakura host need to pay more attention to guests, I called to reserve a table and when I arrived on time, was told to wait because other guest were not on time, when we were led to the table, the host then realized that I asked for sushi service and not a grill meat service. Should he listened carefully to me on the phone, he did not have to make me wait when I was tired and hungry from driving a long way to the hotel.

Very private and the staff were very accommodating. My only complaint is that the jets in the hot tub unit where not working… Call and ask if that’s a concern for you and if it’s been repaired.

Very nicely maintained property. Clean room with nice amenities. Service was also good. Our only complaint was that there was a large crack between the door and the door frame so we could hear everything in the hallway which affected our quality of sleep. Other than that, it was a very nice property.

Excelentes instalaciones y muy buena ubicación. Cuenta con estacionamiento. El único tema es que no incluye el desayuno como en otros hoteles.

I love staying there. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The only drawback was the temperature of the room. It was either too warm or too cool

The ataff here was exceptional. Every request was meet with care and importance. The property itself was comfortable and well-kept. Both restaurants were excellent and convenient dining options. We'd here again and highly recommend.

Rooms definitely need updating. Shower couldn't be adjusted, the bath tub faucet was broken. Not enough hooks for bath towels. Were only a couple outlets that worked. Restaurants and bar were very overpriced.

Wi Fi was great, able to stream Netflix etc, on TV, convenient to restaurants, grocery, and gas. Complimentary cookies were awesome!!! Would definitely stay again.

Terrible Smell
Not so great. Every time the air in the room turned on it smelt like the fryer in the kitchen . It was so strong it made me feel sick to my stomach
