"The rooms are starting to show some wear and tear. That’s all"

"While the hotel’s location near the port is convenient, our experience was mixed. The front desk woman staff often came across as dismissive and didn’t seem to fully listen to guests during conversations. We observed this not only during our own interactions but also while sitting in the lobby and watching them engage with other customers. The rooms also had some issues. The bathrooms showed signs of mold and could benefit from a thorough cleaning or mildew treatment. The air conditioning was not functional during our stay in April, as the hotel had the system set to heat only, and the thermostat was not adjustable—even the fan couldn’t be turned on. Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof, and noise from neighboring rooms, even something as minor as coughing, was clearly audible. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet offers good value for the price. Overall, the hotel isn’t the worst option, but there is definitely room for improvement."

"Newly renovated room over the small waterfront park. Nice breakfast but nothing fancy. Total is walking distance from the waterfront shops and restaurants. Quick access to the beach without having to cross a road. I would definitely stay here again.!!"

"Everything was great except that the room we were in reeked of mildew. We found that under the sink there was a wall of moldy mildew. I'm sure the other rooms aren't like that. We were only there one night and we're too jet lagged to reach out to the hosts about this issue, but it was still a great place to stay overnight"

"This would be a great hotel if not for the noise. The walls are really thin, and the air vent in the bathroom must go past other bathrooms so you can hear all business that is occurring in those bathrooms. The staff is amazing. The food is good."

"We stayed at this location for 1 night, our only goal was to get a good night's sleep before our flight the next day. We arrived around 9pm, we parked on the street, as other cars did and we weren't advised not to. At 4am, we started hearing constant loud banging and yelling. At 5am people started byzzing our unit repeatedly. We went to the microphone and asked them to stop but that did not work. Soon, we looked outside a s saw a farmers market with at least one hundred people setting up booths. We had to move our car so that we wouldnt be blocked in. Additionally, the sheets were dirty and there was not hot water. We contacted the owner for concessions and were told that he would do nothing and does not control the farmers market. However, we feel strongly that he should warn people of this recurring event, as it is very disruptive. So, we came here to make this review to let other know that on some Saturdays there is a farmer's market directly outside of this establishment and you absolutely will not be able to sleep past 4 or 5 am due to the noise."
