This was our first time ever having to call an ambulance from a hotel room, at no fault of the hotel, but be advised it’ll be really smooth if you ever have to deal with such a thing! "

"Hotel is very convenient for going to a show at the Bull Run - just 5 minutes down the road. The facility is aging and in need of renovation. Appears to be have a number of longer term residents. Lots of people milling around in the parking lot when we returned from the show at 10:30PM. Will probably not stay here again."

"I was in the shower and I heard my door open. It doesn’t open without a room key so I have reason to believe room service had opened my door WHILE the room was vacant and I was showering… terrible and 20 minutes later they came knocking again while I was in my room. "
