The staff were so helpful and the hotel is great - nice amenities, pool, gym, indoor sports room, ping pong table - too many things to mention. "There was a party until 3 AM at the hotel with loud dance music. We were unable to sleep, which is very unfortunate when you just travelled eight hours and six time zones to get there. We talked about this with management and they did nothing."

"Nice stay close to LEGOLAND and other Billund attractions. However room walls are very thin and you can hear the running water from other rooms and conversations at times. Box of Lego in the room was a big hit. No hot drink facilities in the room so plan ahead if needed. Also be expected to make your own bed and no room cleaning during your stay. Shop had lots of bits if you have forgotten to pack anything."

"Very fine staff and a good price. Room was spacious. No air conditioning but they got us a fan. Breakfast only OK compared with other hotels in Scandinavia. Kudos to the desk staff—very pleasant and helpful."

"Staff did a great job while being invisible because check in is virtual and super convenient. We took advantage of the onsite parking and the use of the washing machine which really saved us at the end of a long week. We loved the peaceful country vibe, while being adjacent to conveniences and easy travel routes. 100% would book again!"
