"This hotel was run down. Ceiling missing in hallways, spackling in bathroom, stains on carpet. This is a "no tell motel" that looks like it's in middle of renovation but it's not, it's just in disrepair. "

Little inconveniences started adding up.....refrigeration cases in the shop didn't work so all beverages were warm, no ice machines at hotel, our room key had to be reprogrammed multiple times a day (after the 3rd day we mentioned to the front desk - and yes we made sure not to do anything to mess with the magnetize - they said they would send someone to fix and never did, our windows were permanently frosted, our room felt damp, no drinks at the bar and fountain soda was flat.... the hotel is definitely showing it's age. Expected more from Sheraton/Marriott."
