"Das Hotel war super angenehm und die Zimmer wirklich schön. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Wir hatten glücklicherweise nur Frühstück gebucht, denn das Abendessen welches als a la carte angeboten wurde, hat uns nicht überzeugt. Die Portionen waren sehr klein und nicht schmackhaft aus unserer Perspektive. Wir haben die typische griechische Küche vermisst. Die Zimmer haben nur etwas seltsam gerochen, was aber durch die tägliche Reinigung weniger bemerkt wurde bzw. dadurch überdeckt...

"Die Lokation ist sehr praktisch als startpunkt für inseltouren (mit Mietwagen). Außerdem kann man jederzeit in die Stadt reinlaufen (800m) und hat aber Ruhe und eine schöne Aussicht. Das Personal war aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Der Pool vor der Suite war sehr sauber und groß genug. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt."

"Wir waren 9 Tage dort. Wir hatten die Suite mit Pool gebucht und es war alles perfekt. Zimmer waren sauber, Pool sauber, die Hotelanlage sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr hervorzuheben war das gesamte Servicepersonal die sich um uns Gäste beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen gekümmert haben. Sehr nett, sehr aufmerksam und flink. "Hotel situato sul lungomare di Zante gode di una bellissima vista sul porto e di una terrazza dove poter cenare o semplicemente bere qualcosa da cui si può ammirare un bellissimo panorama. L’hotel risulta molto pulito ma credo abbia bisogno di un piccolo rinnovamento degli arredi."

"My husband and I were due to stay here for 4 nights at the end of last month, however our flight from Gatwick to Zakynthos were cancelled by EasyJet due to a storm/bad weather. The next flight out to the country was 2 days later. This was clearly out of our control. We contacted Expedia to ask for our money back on the hotel booking and the hotel declined to refund us stating their cancellation policy. "Room adequate for the price, but air con not great and bed soft and uncomfortable. Staff were very nice, esp Ruth on front desk, breakfast great and available until 10:30 with full spread. Pools excellent and only a short walk to the lovely beach and bars/restaurants"
